Blissful Living is dedicated to empowering people to take healing into their own hands. This natural approach views food as medicine, and movement as an initiate of healing. Blissful Living fitness & nutrition workshops, classes, and consultations can comprise of nutrition education, hands on cooking demonstrations, yoga breath, postures, and meditations, as well as personalized movement techniques borrowed from a variety of modalities to incite healing and strengthen the body to prevent disease.
